How are communities built in a sustainable and strategic way?

At Kulturkraft26, you can experience Frido Hinde from Internationales Kulturcentrum ufaFabrik e.V., Kristian Krog from Maltfabrikken, and Matilde Lund Larsen from Kulturhusene i Danmark in a conversation about community, business, and sustainable models.

Gain insights into:

  • Audience relationships and loyalty in practice

  • International case knowledge from ufaFabrik in dialogue with Maltfabrikken

  • Business models and patchwork economies

Frido Hinde leads Internationales Kulturcentrum ufaFabrik e.V. in Berlin and works at the intersection of art, community, and non-profit economics, with a focus on sustainable structures.

Kristian Krog has led Maltfabrikken’s transformation from an industrial building complex into an international creative hub, created through local engagement and crowdfunding.

The conversation is moderated by Matilde Lund Larsen, Managing Director of Kulturhusene i Danmark, which works strategically to strengthen and increase the visibility of Denmark’s 400+ cultural houses and their role as open community spaces.
